Browse our Shop, open the product page, add the model to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Once payment is confirmed, your file is immediately available for download from your account.
We accept Visa and Mastercard via a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Card details are never stored on our servers — all transactions are processed by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). If your bank account is held in a different currency, your card provider may apply a conversion fee. Applicable VAT or taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Because our products are digital files, refunds are generally not available once a file has been downloaded. If the file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement, a refund will be issued. See our Delivery & Refunds Policy or contact us at info@3dmaxa.com.
Yes — a confirmation email is sent to your registered address after each purchase. All invoices are also available in My Orders inside your account.
Most models are delivered in multiple industry-standard formats: FBX, OBJ, and BLEND. Some products also include STL or DAE. The exact formats available for each model are listed on the product page before purchase.
After a successful payment you will receive a download link by email and the file will appear in My Orders in your account. If you do not receive the link within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Yes. All purchased files remain in your account permanently. Log in and go to My Orders to re-download at any time.
Many models in our catalogue are built with clean topology, proper UV unwrapping, and polygon counts suitable for real-time use in Unreal Engine and Unity. Check the product description for polygon count, rig details, and texture resolution before purchasing.
Texture availability varies by product. Each listing states whether textures are included and at what resolution. If included, textures are packed inside the download archive alongside the 3D files.
Each purchase grants you a royalty-free licence for both personal and commercial projects — including games, animations, visualisations, advertising, product packaging, and print materials. The model must be used as part of a broader creative project and cannot be resold as a standalone file. Read the full Licence Agreement.
Yes. Commercial use is permitted under the standard licence, including client work, game development, advertising, and product visualisation. You may not resell or redistribute the original files.
Yes, you may alter, rig, retexture, or otherwise modify the models to suit your project, provided the resulting work still complies with our Licence Agreement.
Unless a listing is specifically marked as exclusive, models are sold as non-exclusive licences — other buyers may purchase the same model. If you require exclusive rights, please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
PROMPTIX LTD retains all intellectual property rights to the models sold on 3dmaxa. Your purchase grants a usage licence as described in our Licence Agreement. You may not claim the models as your own original work.

Click the Lost Password link on the login page, enter your email address, and you will receive a reset link within a few minutes. If it does not appear, check your spam folder.
Log in and go to My Account → Orders. From there you can view order details and re-download any file you have previously purchased.
Click the heart icon on any product page to save it to your Wishlist. Items remain saved in your account so you can find and purchase them at any time.
